WinS Speech and Field Trip

The Women in STEM (WinS) Club at DAIS launched Speech Series – a platform dedicated to empowering and inspiring the next generation of females in STEM. We were honored to have our first guest speaker, Ms. Ladon Ghalili, Co-founder and Director of Epoch International, Northeast Chapter Chairperson at the American Chamber of Commerce in China. 

On the same week on Friday, WinS members went on an educational excursion to Epoch. The participants had the opportunity to observe the company's production processes, learn about its management and human resources practices, and meet with female leaders who inspired and encouraged girls to pursue STEM education.
